CerviaCup 2010: General informations
The first competition of STACK Italian Championship 2010 will run on April 30th to May 2nd, 2010 at Riviera dei Pini - Tagliata di Cervia (RA), during the 30th International Kite Festival, organized by Artevento kiting club.
The competition will be open and will include: compulsories, precision and ballett (ballett only for Experienced and Master pilots).
Registrations
The subscription fees are the following:
- DLI, MLI Experienced and Master: 20,00
- DLP, MLP, DLT, MLT: 30,00
- DLI, MLI Novice: 10,00
Pair and Team competitors will have a 33% rebate if the same pilots will compete in class DLI too.
Registration to competition will be closed on April 24, 2010; STACK Italia reserves the right to not accept registrations over that date. In the case a registration request received over that date will be accepted, the pilot registration fees will be doubled. On the contrary, the Novice pilots will not sustain any penalties.
To subscribe to the competition or to request any informations you must send an email to cerviacup2010@stackitalia.com, specifying your name, surname, STACK membership number, the discipline you want to compete in (DLI, DLP, DLT, MLI, MLP o MLT) and the pilot category (Novice, Open). Foreigner pilots must specify the STACK national body where they have membership or if they are STACK International Member.

The temporary competition schedule will be as the following:
FRIDAY APRIL 30th:
- 12.00 Briefing
- from 12.30 to 18.00 Precision (Compulsories & routine FreeStyle)
- 18.15 Debriefing
SATURDAY MAY 1st:
- 12.00 Briefing
- 13.00 Ballett
- 17.30 Debriefing
SUNDAY MAY 2nd:
- 11.00 awards

Audio & music for ballet
Pilots must give the music to the sound system people only on the following supports:
- 1) USB Drive" - The pilot must save the music on mp3 or wav files. Then the files will be copied on the hard drive of PC connected to the audio mixer.
- 2) CD - The pilot must specify, before flying the competition, which is the music to play. The CD must be tested on the CD player before of the competition to verify that no reading errors will occur.
Accommodation
STACK Italia can provide to you an accommodation pack arranged with hotel President as the following:
- standard pack - 3 days, double room, half board, wine and water included: 31,00 person per day
- 2 days pack - 2 days, double room, half board, wine and water included: 36,00 person per day
- 1 day pack - 1 day, double room, half board, wine and water included: 38,00 person per day
- bed&breakfast - 1 day, double room: 60,00 room per day
More details about the accommmodation:
- full board extra charge: 5,00 person
- children up to 1 year old: free
- children from 2 up to 6 years old: 50% discount
- children from 7 to 10 years old: 30% discount
- single room: 20% extra charge
